We offer same-day admissions and 24-hour personal, on-call support.
We know that hospice doesn’t just happen between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday, so our staff is available at any time to help guide families in their hospice and healthcare decisions. Our on-call clinical staff is available to hospitals, doctor's offices, and families at any time to answer your questions about hospice or to admit patients. We guarantee a 30-minute response time from the time a referral is received to acceptance/denial.
We offer same-day admissions and DME delivery in patient's homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, our state-of-the-art 12-bed Inpatient Unit, or wherever a patient calls home! We offer same-day admissions and 24-hour personal, on-call support.
- Brightmoor now provides hospice patients, families, and customers with durable medical equipment and respiratory equipment
- We provide durable medical equipment such as: beds, wheelchairs, and bedside tables. commodes, Geri chairs, and shower chairs, among others
- Under respiratory therapy, we can provide CPAP. BiPAP, high-flow oxygen, and ventilators with respiratory consultation and assessments
- We work with families and patients during the most vulnerable and difficult times to provide equipment and respiratory attention
- We offer timely deliveries with open communication during the entire process
- We will provide respiratory assessments and counsel under your medical director’s advisement during their hospice stay
